Dear Customer, we remind you to attach the following documentation:
- Modello A completed (attached);
- Copy of your identity document;
- Copy of the vehicle registration document of the vehicle involved;
- Copy of the invoice issued by the workshop that carried out the intervention;
- Copy of proof of purchase receipt, if still in possession. If you do not have it, we ask you to return to the point of sale and ask the manager to issue a receipt / voucher confirming the purchase of the fuel and to send us a copy. If the point of sale is not manned by the Manager or does not have the possibility to return to the same point of sale (eg too far away), we invite you to notify us.
